Four men who used fake bank alerts to pay commercial sxx workers land in police net

fake bank alerts

The Police High Command on Monday in Abuja paraded 24 suspected criminals including four men who specialised in using fake bank alerts to pay for goods and also for the services of commercial sex workers.

The Force Public Relations Officer (FPRO), Frank Mba, a Deputy Commissioner of Police, also warned members of the public against false bank alerts being generated and forwarded to defraud them of their money.

According to him, the first batch of those paraded was made up of a four-man gang who specialised in generating and sending of fake and false bank alerts to unsuspecting members of the public.

He said the syndicate before the arrest was using such fake alerts to pay for goods and services including payment for services of commercial sex workers

The FPRO, however, appealed to the members of the public to be careful of people coming to their business outfits to buy goods and wanting to do online payments

The leader of the syndicate, who spoke with newsmen about the activities of his group before the arrest, confirmed that such alerts normally lasted for about few minutes before they would disappear.

Mba also paraded three brothers described as serial fraudsters who reportedly created a fake Frank Mba Foundation in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic to solicit funds in a fake Facebook created to deceive the unsuspecting highly-placed members of the public through a bank account opened in a third-generation bank

According to him, “the brothers are serial fraudsters, they have been in and out of courts, they have been in and of police stations and they have also been in and out of correctional centres.”

The FPRO also paraded another batch of 14 suspects who specialised in online dating otherwise known as romance scan where by they would present themselves as American citizens, British citizens and other nationals working in multinational companies.

Also paraded was a 58-year-old man who was using the name of the widow of the late Chief of Staff to the President, Mallam Abba Kyari, to solicit for funds from members of the public in pretext that he wanted to organise a befitting prayer for the deceased

The exhibits recovered from the suspects included 16 laptops, 37 mobile phones of different makes, 11 SIM cards of different networks, dried weeds, fake United States dollars and other foreign currencies.

This beautiful lady is in serious trouble as Pentecostal people want instant judgment on her

THEY WANT HER ROASTED OR DEAD!!!

This beautiful lady is in serious trouble, as a large section of Pentecostal/charismatic people want instant judgment on her!

Some want her dead! Others are praying down fire from above to consume her!

Her offense is simple. She went on air to advertise her product line of charms, that have the "potency" to win men, make a man marry a lady and so on! THAT'S HER OFFENCE!!!

Is her craft wicked? YES!

Does God still lover her? YES!!!

Can her charms affect a believer? NO!

Saul of Tarsus was worse! He was a terrorist! Killing believers, putting some in jail. He even got an approval from the Pharisee headquarters to damage the Church! Then, Christ showed up!

The FIRE DEPARTMENT of Heaven crew in Nigeria are busy calling down fire on this lady lavishly loved by Christ! A lady God sent Christ to die for! He came to save that which was lost!

The comments I read on Facebook scared me to mouth wide open! The judgment and pronouncement passed on this lady by these brethren are enough to obliterate COVID-19 in Nigeria!

One of them said they deal with such cases on their "alter of fire".... Which alter sir???

Sir, sitting in your church are ladies in your choir, protocol department, Ushers and co that have already patronized her and other digital Charm Providers!

Excuse me sir, you will be shocked to know how many notable men of God who speak in tongues that are sleeping with her!

You want to call down fire on her, but you precede over the wedding of a lady that you know is already pregnant in church! This lady is no hypocrite! She is real and openly displays where she belongs!

Why haven't you Pentecostal folks call down fire on the Abuja based pastor known for raping ladies, and taking advantage of his female parishioners!

Why is your heart so wicked and cold, to the point that you want her to SLEEP & DIE!!!

A people of miracles without mercy! A people with laughter yet without love! If she brings tithes and seed to you, you will collect!

What have we done about the sex escapades, fraud, manipulations ( witchcraft) going on our midst? Why didn't you call fire???

Is it wrong to reach out to her in prayers, show her the love of God and leave the 99 to save that ONE that's lost!!

Pastor David Ogbueli once said that, God is done with the Pentecostal/Charismatic Movement! It is now a religion!

Christ said; "“He who is without sin among you, let him throw a stone at her first.”

All Private And Federal Schools Should Reopen on 13th July And Not September 2021

Students nationwide demand schools reopen as grief and impatience mount on them.

This is prior to the fact that schools nationwide had been closed for the past 4 months, and as such without any clue as regards the reopening.

Recall that the federal government had in March instructed the closure of schools and other sectors in the country due to the outbreak of COVID-19 in the country.

Primary and Secondary Schools were deprived the right to finish their second term and with the current situation, they don't even have hope towards the commencement of their third term.

The current session can then be said to be inconclusive.

Moreso, students having external examinations (WAEC and NECO) are also affected with the outbreak as they are unable to commence their examination.

And with this, none of them will be able to use the result for what is needful... which is their admissions into tertiary institutions.

Varsity students too are yet to finish their semesters talkless of a session and up till now, majority find it difficult studying at home as the holiday seem indefinite.

Speaking about the private school teachers, these teachers now face difficulties as they are unable to afford feeding their families or maintaining their standard of living.

They've not been paid by the Government since there haven't been working.

And same goes to the private school owners.

They have also explained that they don't have any source of income, and as such, unable to cater for themselves.

Several news and updates has been reported and none seem to be in favour of the students, teachers and all stakeholders as they express themselves towards schools resumption.

Some parents and doctors even kicked against the reopening of schools for now, claiming they cannot endanger the lives of their wards.

Moreover, the federal government has claimed all hands are on deck towards the reopening of schools in the country, as all protocols and guidelines for the resumption are being worked on.

As of today, the total cases of COVID-19 is 20,244 and these cases demand for a 2nd lockdown.

In my opinion, schools reopening on 13th of July will be the only solution for the homesick students, teachers, and all stakeholders and the only avenue to make things right.

The academic session can still be amended and that's only if the federal government enables the resumption as at the speculated date.

Government claims they are working on measures for the reopening but this isn't effective at all.

For churches, market and other places to have been able to operate amidst the pandemic, it definitely means students can resume as well.

FG Finally Speaks on Lifting Interstate Travel Ban

The Presidential Task Force yesterday during their daily briefing have spoken on the interstate travel ban. During the briefing, the National Coordinator for the COVID'19 Presidential Task Force, Dr. Sani Aliyu, said the task force has started reviewing guidelines for lifting the ban on interstate travels.

The PTF coordinator stayeyd that the task force has received guidelines from the Minister of Transportation, Gbemisola Saraki, on measures to put in place to mitigate the spread of COVID'19 while the ban is lifted and people are allowed to travel. He stated that the Task Force is currently reviewing the guidelines and roads will be open when it's safe to do so.

He further stated that as of now, the interstate ban is still in play although, the Minister of State for Transportation has been saddled with the responsibility of engaging road transport workers to make sure that the usual garages and parks are ready in terms of guidelines to put in place such as physical distancing, reducing number of passengers and provision of hand-washing facilities among others.

Aliyu said the talks with the road transport workers have started and when all negotiations are completed, the ban will be lifted when it's safe to do so. He expressed his worries over the lack of compliance of the interstate travel ban as well as the safety protocols to mitigate the spread of COVID'19. He urged everyone to abide by these guidelines for their own safety.
